Lint on optics, electronics, and glass surfaces is not a cosmetic issue. It creates rework, inspection failures, and customer returns. A single stray fiber on a lens or a circuit board can force a full cleaning cycle, slow down assembly, and increase scrap rates. Edge construction is the single most important factor in preventing lint. A standard cut edge on a microfiber cloth exposes thousands of individual filaments. During wiping, these filaments can break free and deposit on the surface. To solve this, Kocean's scrubbing-power refill uses an ultrasonic slit lint-free edge — the Disposable Microfiber Cloth Refill With Built-in Scrubbing Power (5"W x 18"L or custom, 150-290gsm). Ultrasonic slitting seals the edge without adhesives or binders, which means no chemical residue and no loose fiber tails. The result is a clean wipe path that does not shed.

Fiber composition also matters. Our 70/30 polyester-polyamide microfilament uses 0.1 denier fibers. This fine denier increases surface area and allows the cloth to lift and hold particles without abrasion. The structure is binder-free, so there is no glue or resin to flake off during use. This construction supports up to 400% liquid absorption, making the wipes effective for both dry dusting and wet cleaning. For streak-free results on glass and stainless steel, the combination of fine microfilament and sealed edges minimizes the two most common causes of smearing: loose lint and uneven fiber release.

These are complementary products to our lint-free wiping range.

Sampling and OEM

Standard terms for OEM production: 30% T/T deposit + 70% before shipment. Typical lead time is 30-45 days. Shipment is arranged via Ningbo or Shanghai ports.
