About Kocean — Disposable Microfiber Manufacturer

A Factory-First Exporter of Disposable Microfiber

Yiwu Kocean Import & Export Co., Ltd. — known to buyers worldwide under the brand "kocean" and the tagline "Microfiber Cleaning Expert" — is a manufacturer and trading company specializing in microfiber cleaning products and nonwoven fabrics. We operate alongside our associated entity, Kocean Materials Co., Limited. Rather than acting as a pure middleman, we control the core of our supply chain: we knit, produce and finish the fabrics that become the cloths, mop pads and wipes our customers sell. That factory-first position is what allows us to hold tolerances, protect lead times and quote honestly.

Quality first, Customer superior — we do not want to be your passer-by, but to be your lifetime partner.

Manufacturing Capability

• Warp knitting machines and circular knitting machines for microfiber fabric.
• Spunlace nonwoven production lines.
• Needle-punched nonwoven production lines.
• Semi-automatic finished-product machines covering wet mop, flat mop and mat lines.
• A microfilament nonwoven production line in operation since 2010.

Our microfiber technology is built on a 70% polyester and 30% polyamide blend, available from 48gsm to 220gsm with a maximum width of 1.75m. This gives us the base to produce consistent disposable microfiber cloths, mop pads and refills, cleaning wipes, wet wipes, spunlace and needle-punched nonwoven fabrics, and kitchen pads and sponges.

How We Work With Buyers

We work with overseas buyers on OEM and private label programs, adapting fabric weight, size, color, packaging and carton configuration to your specification. Goods ship via Ningbo and Shanghai ports, with a typical lead time of 30-45 days and payment terms of 30% T/T deposit plus 70% before shipment. Our culture is built on honesty, green choices — environmentally conscious materials and processes — and long-term cooperation. We would rather grow slowly with a buyer than chase a single order.

If you are evaluating suppliers for disposable microfiber or nonwoven fabrics, send your specification to [email protected] or call 0086-574-87006734. We will respond with a clear quote, a realistic lead time and straight answers about what our lines can and cannot do.
