Answers about disposable microfiber products, zone programs, MOQs and OEM.
A single-use cleaning cloth made of ultrafine split microfiber (typically 70% polyester / 30% polyamide). It is used for one zone or task and then discarded, so soil and microbes are not carried to the next surface.
Reusable cloths and mop heads travel between areas and can transfer soil with them. A single-use tool breaks that chain: one tool, one zone, then disposal — no laundry loop, no carryover.
A common zone-coding system: red for high-risk sanitary areas, yellow for washroom fixtures, green for food-preparation areas, blue for general low-risk areas. Kocean supplies edge-colored mop pads and cloths to match.
Disposable products are engineered for one use per zone/task. Washable microfiber can be laundered (up to 50 times at 95°C for quality microfilament, no bleach or softener). Never reintroduce a used disposable into a hygiene rotation.
Examples: PU coating microfiber cleaning cloth 2000 pcs, scouring pad 5000 pcs, cleaning shoe-mop slippers 5000 pcs. Other lines vary — contact us for a quotation.
